Numbers are my love language, specifically, your numbers. I built Gloss & Ledger around one idea: your least favorite part (finances!) of running your booth/salon should be someone else’s favorite.

I’m a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor working toward my CPA license, with a degree in accounting and years of hands-on experience managing full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, cash flow, and financial reporting for a multi-million dollar company. Additionally, three tax seasons preparing returns for small business owners showed me firsthand how messy things get when the books aren’t clean — and what it costs stylists when they are.

What sets me apart is the tax lens I bring to every aspect of my work. I’ve seen stylists scramble through January trying to piece together a full year of transactions, and I’ve seen what happens when the IRS comes knocking on disorganized books. Every stylist I work with gets that full depth behind their books.

When I’m not in the books, I’m chasing my golden doodle Mr. Rodgers, traveling with my soulmate, or in the yoga studio.
